About CheckWhenDone

CheckWhenDone is built around a simple idea: habits grow through repeated behavior in a consistent context, and the time required varies widely. You design a check sheet in the browser, print it on a single A4 page, hang it where you'll see it, and check a box every time you follow through. Each check makes the repetition visible and helps you keep showing up.

The default sheet starts with 20 boxes as a practical first goal, not a promise that a habit will form after 20 checks. Why repetition?

The tool is free and requires no account. There's nothing to sign up for and nothing to install. A sheet's entire configuration is encoded in its URL, so you can share a sheet with someone by sending a link, or reprint your own next batch with the numbering continued from where you stopped.

CheckWhenDone is built and maintained by OlliDev, an independent software developer. The site is a small, focused product: one configurator, one printable page, no upsells. If you have questions or suggestions, see the contact page.
